Network Agreement

1.0 IDS shall
  • Supply and mount the IDS Equipment on the wall with reasonable care and skill in the positions agreed by both IDS and the Surgery Representative at the time of installation

 

  • Demonstrate to the Surgery Representative how to re-fill the IDS Equipment with hand sanitiser fluid (hand sanitiser screen only)

 

  • Maintain in good working order the IDS Equipment

 

  • Supply the hand sanitiser fluid to be used in the IDS Equipment up to 46,000 dispenses per annum (hand sanitiser screen only)

 

  • Be entitled to change the way it provides the Services, provided that any change to the way it provides the Services does not materially and adversely impact the ability of IDS to provide the Service to you

 

  • Not be liable for wall reinstatement upon moving or removing the IDS Equipment

 

  • Observe all health and safety rules and regulations and any other reasonable security requirements that may apply to you and are communicated to IDS.
2.0 You shall
  • Ensure there is a stable power supply to the IDS Equipment (hand sanitiser screen only)

 

  • Co-operate with IDS in all matters relating to the IDS Equipment and/or Services

 

  • Provide access to the Premises and other facilities as may reasonably be requested by IDS, for the purposes of installing and maintaining the IDS Equipment, where possible within Business Hours

 

  • Not move the IDS Equipment

 

  • Inform IDS of all health and safety and security requirements that apply to your premises to which IDS will require access

 

  • Hold a stock of at least 5 litres of hand sanitiser per kiosk (hand sanitiser screen only)

 

  • Replenish the IDS Equipment with more hand sanitiser fluid when required (hand sanitiser screen only)

 

  • Adhere to all health and safety laws and/or regulations in relation to your use of the IDS Equipment and Services

 

  • Ensure that you hold adequate public liability insurance

 

  • Notify IDS via the IDS Representative of any IDS Equipment which requires maintenance

 

  • Allow IDS Media UK to take photographs of IDS Equipment for auditing purposes.
3.0 IDS equipment
  • You acknowledge and agree that all IDS Equipment shall remain the property of IDS at all times.

 

  • You shall comply with any instructions provided by IDS in respect of the IDS Equipment. If you do not use Equipment correctly the services may not function correctly and IDS will have no liability for your inability to benefit from the services

 

The hand sanitiser GP Messenger screen, installation, and supply of sanitiser (up to 20 litres per annum) is free of charge to the surgery.  The service can be cancelled at anytime (removal fee may apply if within 12 months of installation).

 

 The IDS GP leaflet rack is supplied and installed free of charge and can be cancelled at any time.  The leaflet rack’s sole use is to display IDS supplied leaflets.
